At DriveFix, we aim to make car servicing hassle-free for our customers by providing reliable vehicle pick-up and delivery services within Bangalore. This Pick-Up & Delivery Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with this service. By booking a service with DriveFix, you agree to the following:
Pick-up and delivery are available for customers within our serviceable areas in Bangalore.
Availability of slots depends on location, distance, and technician schedules.
DriveFix reserves the right to decline pick-up/delivery requests for areas outside our coverage or for operational reasons.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details and pick-up location at the time of booking.
A DriveFix representative/driver will arrive at the scheduled time to collect the vehicle.
Customers (or an authorized representative) must hand over the vehicle keys, documents (if required), and any special instructions to our staff.
A vehicle condition checklist (covering scratches, dents, fuel level, accessories, etc.) will be prepared and signed before pick-up
Once servicing is completed, the vehicle will be returned to the customer’s specified delivery location.
Customers must verify the vehicle, check the service report/invoice, and acknowledge receipt.
The vehicle will only be handed over to the customer or their authorized representative.
Standard pick-up and delivery within Bangalore city limits may be complimentary or chargeable, depending on the type of service/package booked.
Additional charges may apply for:
Long-distance pick-up/drop outside standard service zones.
Urgent or same-day delivery requests.
Customers will be informed of applicable charges at the time of booking.
Pick-up and delivery timings are provided on a best-effort basis.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. DriveFix will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
Delivery of the vehicle will depend on the nature of the repair/service and availability of spare parts.
Ensure that the vehicle is ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.
Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the car before handing it over.
Provide accurate instructions regarding special concerns, modifications, or known issues.
Ensure that a responsible person is available to receive the vehicle at delivery.
Take reasonable care of the vehicle during transit, storage, and service.
Ensure the vehicle is only handled by authorized staff and trained drivers.
Maintain proper documentation at the time of pick-up and delivery.
Inform customers promptly in case of delays, issues, or additional repairs required.
DriveFix shall not be held liable for:
Loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Minor wear and tear caused by road conditions during transit.
Delays due to traffic congestion, weather, or force majeure events.
DriveFix’s maximum liability in case of proven negligence is limited to the cost of the service or insurance coverage, if applicable.
Vehicles in transit for pick-up or delivery will be handled with utmost care.
DriveFix strongly recommends that customers maintain valid motor insurance for their vehicles.
Any damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery acknowledgment. Later claims may not be entertained.
Customers may reschedule pick-up or delivery requests at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled pick-up may attract a cancellation fee.
DriveFix reserves the right to reschedule pick-up/delivery in case of operational challenges.
DriveFix reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Pick-Up & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically.
