At DriveFix, we strive to ensure a transparent, secure, and customer-friendly payment and warranty process. This policy explains how payments must be made, what payment modes are accepted, and the warranty terms associated with our car servicing and repairs.
We accept multiple modes of payment for customer convenience:
💳 Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
📲 UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
🏦 Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
💵 Cash Payments at our service center or upon delivery
🧾 Wallets & Payment Gateways (where available)
Estimates & Quotes: Customers will be provided with an approximate cost estimate before service begins.
Advance Payments: In some cases (major repairs or special part orders), customers may be required to make an advance payment.
Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be cleared before vehicle delivery.
Service Packages/AMC Plans: Payments for prepaid plans must be made in full at the time of purchase.
All prices shown are “Starting From” estimates and may vary depending on:
Vehicle model and condition
Spare part prices
Additional repairs required after inspection
Customers will always be informed of extra costs before additional work is carried out.
Pick-up & delivery charges (if any) will be added separately.
Online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
DriveFix does not store any card or banking details of customers.
Customers are advised to retain payment receipts for future reference.
DriveFix provides a limited service warranty on workmanship for certain services.
Standard coverage:
General Service / Maintenance: Warranty of up to 7 days from service date (only for workmanship errors).
Major Repairs (Engine, Transmission, Suspension, etc.): Warranty period varies depending on the job. Details will be shared in writing before service.
All spare parts sourced and installed by DriveFix carry a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects only, as per OEM terms.
DriveFix is not responsible for warranty claims if:
The part was purchased directly by the customer from outside vendors.
The part fails due to misuse, accidents, or negligence.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of parts (brake pads, clutch plates, filters, wipers, bulbs, etc.)
Electrical/electronic failures due to external modifications
Damages caused by accidents, road hazards, or misuse
Non-compliance with manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules
Services carried out by third parties after DriveFix’s repair
To raise a warranty claim:
Contact DriveFix Customer Support immediately.
Provide the service invoice number and details of the issue.
DriveFix will arrange an inspection of the vehicle.
If eligible, repairs/replacements will be carried out under warranty terms.
⚠️ All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by DriveFix’s technical team
Retain invoices and service records for warranty eligibility.
Use the vehicle responsibly and as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
Report any post-service issues within the warranty period.
Ensure regular servicing is done at DriveFix or as per OEM recommendations.
DriveFix’s liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts/services only.
No compensation will be provided for loss of time, revenue, or consequential damages caused by vehicle breakdowns.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the original invoice amount for the service/part in question.
DriveFix reserves the right to update or modify this Payment & Warranty Policy without prior notice. Customers are advised to check the latest version on our website.
