“Customer,” “You,” “Your” – Refers to the person or entity using our services.
“Services” – Refers to car maintenance, repair, and related automotive services provided by DriveFix.
“Website” – Refers to our official website where bookings and information are available.
DriveFix provides car periodic maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and specialized services within Bangalore.
All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, and technical feasibility.
DriveFix reserves the right to decline service requests that are unsafe, beyond scope, or not feasible.
Bookings can be made online, via call, or in-person at our service centers.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, registration number, issues, etc.).
Confirmation of a booking is subject to availability of slots, spare parts, and technicians.
DriveFix reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances.
Prices listed are indicative (“Starting From”) and may vary based on vehicle model, condition, and required parts.
Customers will be informed of any additional costs before work begins.
Accepted payment modes: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash.
Full payment must be made before delivery of the vehicle.
DriveFix is not liable for payment delays caused by third-party banks or payment gateways.
We use genuine or OEM-approved spare parts whenever available.
Warranty, if applicable, is as per manufacturer’s terms and will be communicated before replacement.
DriveFix does not guarantee parts purchased by customers from external vendors.
Warranty claims are valid only if regular maintenance schedules are followed.
Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicle before service.
DriveFix will not be responsible for loss or damage to valuables left inside the car.
Once service is completed, customers will be notified for pickup/delivery.
Vehicles not collected within 5 working days after completion may attract parking charges.
Diagnosis is based on visible and reported issues; hidden damages may only be detected during detailed inspection.
Some repairs may require extended timelines due to part availability.
DriveFix shall not be liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, strikes, weather, or force majeure events.
Provide accurate information regarding vehicle condition.
Authorize DriveFix to conduct necessary test drives and inspections.
Ensure timely pickup and payment for completed services.
Comply with all traffic and legal regulations regarding vehicle use.
DriveFix takes utmost care in servicing vehicles but shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing issues or damages.
Consequential damages caused by vehicle breakdowns post-service.
Accidents or misuse of the vehicle after delivery.
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
Bookings cancelled 24 hours before the service may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation after service commencement will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days (as per payment gateway timelines).
All content, images, and materials on the DriveFix website are intellectual property of DriveFix.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
DriveFix collects customer data for service booking, communication, and updates.
All data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
Customers may request data deletion by contacting our support team.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
DriveFix is not responsible for the content, reliability, or policies of third-party platforms.
Any disputes arising out of services will be first attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
DriveFix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice.
Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
